Would give 0 stars. Was in ER for 30 mins. Never saw a doctor was still charged $1,000 for IDK. When asked why my bill was so high and what services I received from them, they told me I had to speak to wellstar because they are a just a billing company. This company is a scam. The owner must be a politician.

Would give zero stars if possible. This company is a scam, horrible customer service and i don't know how wellstar continues to associate with them. contact attorney if you feel you are being overcharged as you probably are
Ok where do I start? So I went to wellstar hospital in December 15 at 4:30a.m. with a extremely sore throat and pain running nose high fever. Sat for 30min in lobby by 5:00 a.m. took vital signs did a throat swabs. 5:15 a.m. test results came back negative on strep throat and didnt have enough test on hand. Talk to her for 5min asked what can I do she asked what medications I would like? I asked about ibuprofen and she said yes thats fine then wrote me a prescription for ibuprofen...
