Little did I know that my doublewide on 1/3 acre in Warner Robins did not have a title. Seems that 21 years ago when Horton homes set up my home, took the wheels off, and anchored it onto a concrete block foundation they did NOT register the doublewide title with the Georgia Motor Vehicle dept.
