me and my family were trying to adopt a sweet little pit bull named george and after one phone call with my mom they said we weren’t a right fit for george. THIS PLACE SUCKS AND THEY WILL ONLY WORK WHEN IT’S CONVENIENT FOR THEM. i hate ruff redemption and i feel bad for all of the pets under this care.
I adopted my family's dog from them last week. Everything they told me about the dog's demeanor was accurate. They were very reliable in communication and always replied to emails within 24 hours. They are a small agency, so my experience felt very personal. It was easily worth the drive from Atlanta. And I can tell you they do truly care so much for both the families and dogs they are working with.
