I have Scoliosis of the spine which is sideways curvature. Then I injured my back wrestling in college. I am a very active person, so my back, shoulders and legs often give me pain and interfere with good sleep. I have been going to Christine Gerace this last year (2023) and her Myofascial release soft tissue therapy has made a huge difference in how I feel and function each day and how I sleep. She also taught me a number of things I could do on my own to help my flexibility. She is great and I highly recommend her!
