How these people stay in business is beyond me, they say they will "look my computer over" for a non- refundable fee of $70, then when they called with a ridiculous quote and i declined and went to get my computer they said it was "in pieces" and couldn't give it to me! Why tf is it in pieces?? All that was wrong was an error message! All diagnostics could be done through imputs! I work very hard for my money and to just let $70 go is not easy for me... Good scam they got going...
This place is TERRIBLE!! If i could give it ZERO stars, i would! My grand parents took their laptop in for heating issues about a year ago and when they got the laptop back, it never acted right ever again. So just the other day i decided to open up the laptop myself and take a look at why it was overheating so much. Low and behold there was a penny in between the processor and the heat sink. Atrocious prices. Don't get fooled. I love supporting small businesses, but this place will take advantage of you.
I see things haven't changed over the years according to the previous reviews. This place is still a Rip Off charging way more than they should and the service is Terrible. I took my laptop to get my hard drive replaced and they charged me around $200.00 for their service, which I told them what I needed replaced and they still charged me for a diagnosis. Most places will do it for free with their service, NOT HERE! It took 2 months to get my laptop back and when I did all my photos were Gone. Years of pictures of my family ... read more
Service sucked. Would NOT recommend to anyone with any type of computer questions since all they'll do is say they are not interested and hang up on you.
