I've had my car serviced with Dom multiple times over the past few years. Always quick to respond, book in and help out in an emergency situation (or even just to suss out a funny noise). Had no problems with my old and new car whilst having them serviced here!
Rude and impatient staff. Very minor details in the receipt. Paid for logbook service but not even logged in the log book.
We had car service done, little fuss did what was asked or expected quickly as possible car came back with clean tyres
Thought they did a great job of servicing my vehicle but only found out recently the bonnet strut was damaged and will need replacing after they did the service. The bonnet won't stay up now without someone holding it. No one there told me what had happened either. Not happy with it but sadly these days you need to check everything....
