I went to the Ridge Rd location and ordered Pizza and Ribs. I got there and paid for my food, and upon I assume the manager (Gray hair, and of a foreign nationality) giving me my change he sat it on the counter instead of handing it to me in my hand.( The way i gave it to him). I think that's one of the rudest things you can do to a customer. When I expressed how I felt about it, he was very dismissive, and instantly got an attitude with me. South Euclid is my second home being from Cleveland Heights
I've been eating food from this Geppetto's location for over 10 years now (over 30 years at different locations) and it is still so yummy! I've never had anything that didn't take good. Pizza and wings are always a good go to. Even tough I don't really eat ribs theirs are amazing so try them out and thank me later.
