Geppetto’s has always been one of the reasons we enjoy visiting UTC—my daughter, who is on the autism spectrum, loves picking out sticker books and exploring the toys. This place rocks and the staff is wonderful
I was very disappointed with my purchase. We were sold a broken toy. the box when we bought it was not in great condition but I didn’t think anything of it because I bought it from a well know store. But when we (Santa) gave it to my son on Christmas morning, we noticed it was missing the top to the ladder. We must have been sold a return product with missing parts. We were Very disappointed when it was opened on Christmas morning.
