Used to use them then went elsewhere for various reasons. New pup, thought I would try them again. Amateur hour. Cancelled my appt late afternoon the day before (by calling the wrong person) due to one vet available across a few sites needing to be available in the event of a horse getting sick. Told me it wasn't a cancellation, just a postponement. That's it, I will go to a more professional vet clinic instead.
A very good vet clinic staffed by experienced and caring vet professionals
They had to send me to Busselton as they couldn't help me in Capel, that said they were very professional and I would rather be sent to their other clinic where they had the right equipment to help my dog.
