BEWARE! If they call you and ask you change your appointment to a telemedicine visit, make sure your insurance covers it. I agreed to the telemedicine appointment, which was pretty much useless virtually, and then got the bill for $150 after my $25 copay. I would have never agreed to a telemedicine appointment had I known the cost. The office was not willing to work with us on the bill and an appeal to the insurance company was futile. He's a great dr but they need to add their hours on their website.
He has the WORST people that work the front office!!! My partner has been trying and the pharmacy has been trying to get her refills for HP pressure for 5 days!!!! They said yesterday they called them in. Nope, “clean house” Dr. Goetz your staff is incompetent!
