Our whole GEOTREK experience was AMAZING! We love this company's approach to this market and their core values. From our first introduction at their facility, to taking ownership of our van, EVERYONE has been so kind, welcoming, helpful, considerate and communicative.......through the ENTIRE process. I purchased a GeoTrek van one month ago, and it has been the best decision! Something that I have wanted to do for years, landing on this company was meant to be! Living in the van full time in Northern California and loving the freedom. I cannot say enough amazing things about the GeoTrek family, seriously. Top notch customer service and it’s apparent that they REALLY care and want the best for their customers. Cheers 🚐 ! 10/10 recommend !
Purchased our new Geotrek Albatross a few weeks ago and we were thrilled with our long ride home through ice and snow, wind and windy roads. The support service we’ve received has been great. The Geotrek team has been available to help us figure out a few things and I’m confident they’ll be there if we need them at any point. So exited to hit the road again.
