My Geotrek experience has been fabulous. I seriously considered building out a van myself and I explored the builds and costs at several other companies. Once again, we are so grateful for choosing Geotrek! We had an issue with our hot water heater. Brought it in, no questions asked, they replaced it. I also mentioned that I’d love to know where they sourced their sheets and comforter, because they’re so soft and awesome….when we picked our van up, there was a set inside. I hoped to pay for them, they refused. I also broke one of the trays in the fridge. I asked them to share the model number of the fridge so that I could order a new one.
