They installed our new thermostat, added the missing common wire, and set up the schedule with me. It’s been running perfectly all winter.
Twice-yearly maintenance and they actually show up without chasing them. Same tech most visits, so he knows the system. Exactly what a maintenance plan should be.
Our AC kept freezing up because of a refrigerant leak at a fitting. He fixed the leak and recharged it properly instead of just topping it off.
They replaced our old gas furnace and AC with a heat pump, handled the electrical upgrade and rebate paperwork, and our first full year’s bills were lower than estimated.
They installed a mini split in our converted garage with no ductwork. The line set is neat and barely noticeable. That room is now my favorite in the house.
