What a horrible experience! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. They have argued with and hung up on both my structural engineer and project manager. They refuse to have a face to face meeting to try and resolve this. Their report only provided recommendations for new construction, but my project is a repair from a fire. They refuse to address whether or not our existing foundation type is acceptable on the existing soil. Worst of all they insisted on payment prior to releasing their report.
