I recently reached out to Geotech by phone and email to arrange repairs for structural issues with my subfloor. To my surprise, I received a call at 10:30PM from John, who explained that he was overseas in Europe and runs the business remotely (Not a bad gig). He asked me to take detailed videos and photos of the issue and send them via WhatsApp so he could allocate someone to inspect the site for an approximate $360 call-out fee.
