A warning if you're thinking about getting a NetZero from GeoSmart. This is based on my experience over the last 5 and a half years. In 2020, I installed a NetZero in Vancouver where my, now 97-year old grandmother lives. Every winter since has resulted in at least 1 problem that stopped the heat pump for weeks at a time. Not much good in New Brunswick. Had premium G installed just over 5 years ago. The first time I had trouble the company that installed it was out of the heat pump business. So had no help. Cost $300 to get heating contractors out but nobody seems to know much about geosmart. Blower motor failed just over five years old. Couldn’t find one for it anywhere. Email geosmart but got no reply. Called them and they wouldn’t sell me one. So had to get technician out again for $300 to tell me the blower motor was bad which I already k... read more
Stephen came through for us and on time!
Just started with our second Geosmart 5 ton ground loop furnace. We’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience with Stan and his colleagues! I wouldn’t choose another heat pump furnace, the first one lasted just shy of 20years and provides a nice balance of heat and cooling with extremely quiet operation. Thanks Stan and the team!!
