Just started with our second Geosmart 5 ton ground loop furnace. We’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience with Stan and his colleagues! I wouldn’t choose another heat pump furnace, the first one lasted just shy of 20years and provides a nice balance of heat and cooling with extremely quiet operation. Thanks Stan and the team!! Tremendous customer service experience. Had an issue with no cooling when we got to the cottage with the kids. Wasn't sure who to call locally so took a chance and called GeoSmart directly at 4:55 on a Friday....I'm so glad I did. 5 minutes on the phone got the issue sorted and the unit reset. Back to working like a charm! Don't be like me and remember to clean your filters often!!! Thanks again for the help!
