I’ve been a Geoshield customer for a couple years now. Up until my recent transaction, I’ve had a good experience, uneventful. Ordered a roll of film with a two day delivery. It will be 4 before it arrives. Yesterday I was told it would arrive today, however that information was not accurate and has caused issues for my customer and the delivery time I promised. Very disappointing experience with GeoShield. As a professional window tint installer, I depend on consistent quality from the materials I purchase. Unfortunately, my experience with GeoShield has been extremely frustrating. I received defective rolls of Apex Ultra (their top and most expensive film) multiple times. After reporting the issue and providing videos and proof, the solution was to send replacements. However, this happened more than five times, meaning I kept receiving rolls that had the same problem. Great films, great company, and great academy! I took the Geoshield Academy beginner tinting class in February and man it was an amazing experience. The whole team treated my classmates and I like kings! Brent, Chase, and guest trainer Shady Jay, were phenomenal and have continued to be phenomenal since.
