I genuinely cannot recommend this company after what should have been a straightforward fireplace surround and hearth project turned into a months-long ordeal. The first issue was the template. The surround was cut too short for the mantle, even though the mantle was available when they templated. I was understanding about it, they corrected it, and I moved on. Great customer service from start to finish from Elizabeth on Yonkers Rd March 2025. Unfortunately, unable to get a response in March 2026 about some discoloration on quartzite countertop. Left many messages and emailed pics to Briana as instructed.
