Currently involved with my 12 contract of aub contract works with georgiou and love the efficiency and focus on planning, safe work environment and delevelopment with potential growth for any member on site showing self awareness and desire to learn and work within the systems. As a subcontractor my input is heard and 24yrs of earth works experience respected and valued I dont feel like just a number. The ability to hit kpi and shave months off of contracts makes me proud to be apart of the Georgiou family.
Came across worst bullying I have seen in construction in 5 years and with no values from those I complained to about it. I lost tens of thousands because of this.
