I am writing to formally bring to your attention an issue I experienced with an order placed at your location at 13942 Cedar Road on March 7, 2026 at approximately 2:55 PM. Ordered a pizza and waited an hour in front of our air bnb in the snow for our delivery. Never got any food. At 8:30am the next morning we got an email saying they rejected our order bc they were too busy. Would have been nice to get that message when we ordered the pizza. Rather than the next day. Bad business.
