My husband went to the Georgios on West Prospect in Ashtabula on Friday early evening. I called and ordered two subs, the nice man's said 20 minutes. My husband waited about 17 minutes before he left and he was gone almost an hour and he calls and says he's still.waiting because there's only one person working. .Well the subs were perfect and I called and told him that. And I'm calling the main headquarters tomorrow and telling them ..my husband said the poor guy was running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

The owner George at the Lakeshore Blvd location in Cleveland Ohio is the worst manager/owner! I ordered at 11:02 because they open at 11, 2sheets for a class pizza party. When I called to place the order he felt the need to inform me that they just walked in at 11 not earlier to prep for their customers. The order was placed under my name (which he asked for, for the order) I went to pick them up, when I get there he claims he gave them to another teacher at my school. Worst experience rude workers waited over an hour for the pizza when we were told 20 min we called to ask how much longer was told we needed to pick it up because we didn’t order delivery yet the order was delivery and our address was asked for then we asked for corporate number and was told they don’t have it to look it up and then was hung up on never will order from Middlefield Georgio’s again !!!!

We ordered pizza, waited an hour when it was supposed to be half hour delivery time. We called back several times, no answer, my son walked there because our vehicle is in the shop for repairs. When he got there, no one was there, and by that time every plave else was closed. I called the manager the next day and he did nothing. I have been calling corporate all day and every voice mail I entered was full, I couldn't even get through to the operator. What kind of company treats their custimers like this?
