My wife and I are seniors with disabilities and we use this pool regularly. The staff are truly commendable, always friendly and ready to help. Their dedication to providing an enjoyable environment is evident, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere. The pool itself is clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to swim and relax. One star for making my kids to get out of pool 2 min after they jumped in just because I wasn't going into the pool with them. We were driving 16km to this pool, it took them 15min to change clothes, 15min to change from wet to dry clothes. More than 1h wasted Sunday because someone could explain the rules beforehand.
Very comfortable and clean environment.Parking is convenient.
the pool area and staff are number one . Dressing room could use more attention. the shower heads have never been changed in years. the water in the showers is way too hot. at a temp that burns. have reported it many times. still way too hot.
