Take kids here for swimming lessons. Staff are friendly and pool is clean. Other parents are annoying though.
Instructors dont follow the same policies, and when a replacement Instructor steps in, the kid gets confused. Concerns raised by the children are often dismissed as a misunderstanding, and staff tend to take the Instructors side instead of listening to the child's version. Consistency and proper acknowledgement of kids needs are essential.
Warm water and aqua fit instructors are good
Swimmer one program has been good for my child, instructors are friendly and make learning fun
