It’s disappointing to be writing this follow-up, but after posting my detailed review weeks ago, no one from Treasure Hill has reached out or made any attempt to address the issues we raised. This lack of response perfectly reflects the same pattern of poor communication and disregard for customers that we experienced throughout our purchase process. This is not our first home purchase, but it has certainly been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences we’ve ever had, all with Treasure Hill in Georgina. From the beginning, the process was disorganized and full of miscommunication. We had to go through multiple rounds of signing agreements for different lots, only to be told each time often after weeks of silence that the lot was no longer available.
