Tom and Theresa are incredibly personable and want to make sure you are happy with your home. All problems brought to them after they address and have them fixed.
They guaranteed my spouse and I a price before we signed as the builder was likely to increase the price after signing. The day before we were to sign they were terrible to try and get in contact with, and when our realtor finally did they had raised the price by 10k and made no attempt to contact us to notify us of the changes. We have had some minor works to be inspected. Tom and Todd always shows up right away and provide best solutions to resolve the issues. Tom genuinely care about everything has been taken care of. They have been providing exceptional services!
