Dr. Gitipour is the best doctor Ive had in my four decades of living in the GTA. You can literally tell who is being real and who is not. You can tell when someone has your best interests at heart. I honestly cannot thank him enough cause I had heart attack symptoms and he was so knowledgable and asked me all the right questions. Not to mention he goes above and beyond for all the Keswickians! About a month ago, I called this office to see if my daughter could have a new family doctor. However, I never received a call back, nor was I told whether the doctor would accept her as a patient. Family doctors are hard to find in Keswick, and because of the delay from this office — despite my repeated follow‑ups — I missed the chance to register with another doctor who was accepting new patients.
I put in a request about 5 weeks ago and haven't heard a peep.
All staff and doctors are very caring and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and professional.
