At the office right now. I booked a sameday appointment for me and my daughter and I made a mistake on time. I arrived at 11:33 a.m. My appointment was at 11:20 a.m. Being charged a late fee. And still have to wait for my second appointment at 12:40. So I am in the waiting room waiting for my second appointment because I am early now lol..just wonderful. I was scheduled for an appointment back in September with Dr. Matin, and unfortunately had to cancel the day before due to a family emergency. I've now been charged a $30 missed appointment fee, which I don't feel is fair in this situation. I completely understand why this policy exists and respect that missed appointments impact the clinic, but there should be some level of understanding and flexibility in cases like this especially because I’ve never missed an appointment before. $30 is not a small amount these days, and b... read more
Dr. Cosmen is an incredible doctor. She is very thorough and makes sure all the tests are completed, even if you might not need them. She’ll go above and beyond to ensure you recover and get back on track.
