Good luck ever getting an appointment. They will book you, just wait 1-3 months minimum. Oh, and God forbid you want to cancel. "Let's charge them a fee, it was such an inconvenience they canceled, even though we make our patients wait for months to see us". One of the worst clinics i have ever been a patient at. The front desk staff are so sweet and accommodating, particularly Erika and Michaela have been incredibly helpful. I love this clinic, the doctors are exceptional and have excellent time management.
Misbehave and discrimination of front staff My mom is Dr Hameeda Charania patient, and she has an appointment today October 23 At 4pm , my mom is 81 years old and she has slow moments, she reached at 4:10pm , the front staff misbehaved and inappropriately treated discriminatory manner, due to this behaviour of front staff lady my mom started crying that’s behaviour violates customer service standards. All front staff need to be trained and treated without discrimination.
I’ve never had a problem with this place over the past 4+ years but after trying to make a phone appointment this morning for a same day appointment the front office staff was very rude, the lady hung up on me as I was talking and when I called back and I asked for her name / to see if she even made an appointment for me she hung up on me again. I’m very disappointed
