Dr. Cosmen is an incredible doctor. She is very thorough and makes sure all the tests are completed, even if you might not need them. She’ll go above and beyond to ensure you recover and get back on track.
Updating my rating from 3 to 5 stars because of the stellar service, support and care I've received from Georgina Family Health lately. The front office staff have been kind and accommodating while booking me in for multiple same-day urgent appointments with Dr. Sutton, Dr. Manelo and Dr. Sfranciog. Super grateful to everyone at GFH. 10/10
Worst experience with doctor and staff that I’ve had. Doctor would not discuss limes disease diagnosis, prescribed me a contraindicated medicine and stopped all my prescriptions, most of which effected my ability to breathe, because he wanted to speak to me on the phone to say I could no longer use a walk in clinic. Good luck ever getting an appointment. They will book you, just wait 1-3 months minimum. Oh, and God forbid you want to cancel. "Let's charge them a fee, it was such an inconvenience they canceled, even though we make our patients wait for months to see us". One of the worst clinics i have ever been a patient at. Front desk staff are 50/50, some days pleasant but more often than not they sound annoyed that they have to do their jobs.
