Front office is always helpful. Dr Manalo is a great Dr, takes great care of my whole family.
Extremely difficult to ever see my Dr for urgent care… always have to go to walk-in clinic.
Dr matin is hands down the best doctor I have ever met. She is caring thorough, holistic, takes time, has an amazing memory. Of course it’s sometimes challenging to get through the phones but I don’t know a physicians office that is easy. Also the admin team is amazing, caring kind and friendly. Especially when I bring my kids for appointments They are hard working and i can’t imagine how much they deal with on a daily basis.
Front office staff helpless and rude on most occasions. Never easy to schedule an appointment. Phone keeps ringing most days and no one answers. Doctors are great. Need major changes in administrative staff
The care would be great, if they could just fix the administration( ie. wait times on line to be connected to a receptionist or even being successful with someone picking up the call. Booking or securing an appointment time in a timely manner
