I was scheduled for an appointment back in September with Dr. Matin, and unfortunately had to cancel the day before due to a family emergency. I've now been charged a $30 missed appointment fee, which I don't feel is fair in this situation. I completely understand why this policy exists and respect that missed appointments impact the clinic, but there should be some level of understanding and flexibility in cases like this especially because I’ve never missed an appointment before. $30 is not a small amount these days, and b... read more
Dr. Cosmen is an incredible doctor. She is very thorough and makes sure all the tests are completed, even if you might not need them. She’ll go above and beyond to ensure you recover and get back on track.
Updating my rating from 3 to 5 stars because of the stellar service, support and care I've received from Georgina Family Health lately. The front office staff have been kind and accommodating while booking me in for multiple same-day urgent appointments with Dr. Sutton, Dr. Manelo and Dr. Sfranciog. Super grateful to everyone at GFH. 10/10
