I had an appointment booked for 9:30am for weeks. The week before which was last week i had multiple calls from the office requesting me to change my time, which each time they called i told them i could not change my time. I am a PSW and already switched my schedule to allow my appointment for 9:30am. So, I show up today for my 9:30am appointment and guess what, they switched it to a later time anyways, and tried telling me my appointment wasn't at 9:30am. The actual doctor was great, but the receptionist was on her phone when we came in. The receptionist had a tired and unprofessional demeanor. When I asked for a copy of my measurements, she brushed me off and said go to an eyeglass store - this right after paying 100 something for an eye exam. Had to walk past reception to ask the Dr. myself - who was happy to provide the measurements I requested. If you can get past the reception, the doctor was fantastic. 1 star off for the receptionist, but a full 5 stars for the Dr.
My husband and I have been going here for a few years now never a problem or issue friendly staff and our experience with the optometrists have been very thorough and we never feel rushed.
