Good food, good drinks, bad service. Server was a manager and one of the worst servers we ever got
If you are going to close the restaurant for renovations then it should be noted on the website or told when reservations are made. Very poor customer service. Our party was seated in the bar, told we could only order brunch. Thanks goodness we had an excellent waitress, Gina who made our experience a success despite the corporate nonsense. She made our experience special.
Me and my table all got French toast and none of us enjoyed it. The French toast was supposed to have Nutella in it and they were extremely dry and when we asked for a refund they only gave us 10% off
I do not recommend anyone eat or even drink there because I was there last weekend with my friends. The service was horrible. Number one we made a reservation for 12 people tell me why our seating was so bizarre with round table added at the end of a rectangle, short one instead of seating us on a different table where we could all fit in a booth with one large table.The waitress kept taking order for only one or two people and walking away, shushing us with her finger when we tried to get her attention Mind you there were 1... read more
