Not only are the SUPER outdated.. They’re CLUELESS. First, when I called the rep said she doesn’t have access and couldn’t help me. After a bit of back and forward she was telling me I needed to close the account. You are not required to close an entire CD account just to withdraw a small amount from it. Never in my life have I experienced this with ANY other credit union.
