You need to hire qualified people in the managerial position. The manager in the Alpharetta branch is not qualified to manage this branch, every time I go there she will try to get rid of you without offering any help contrary if the workers help they will get you help.
If I could rate this bank a minus 10, if I could. . I have been trying to close an estate and pay off the deceased account. This bank has made it so hard to deal with them. They just transfer you around endlessly. You’ll would think giving them money would be easy, but no, they apparently enjoy torturing…
