called twice to double check the ATM's would be open and working so I could go after work to get cash needed for a convention. Both people on the call said they would be working. I go over just to get cash, and neither Fast Cash or Withdrawal works. Thank you for wasted time I guess. ://
I received a statenent from them and I DO NOT EVEN BANK WITH THEM!! they do not answer the phone and i can not speak to anyone to resolver this situation.
This is the worst credit union I have ever banked with. They have too many fees and horrible customer service. Bank anywhere but here!
Very pleased with each experience I’ve had with all of the leadership & the on-site and telephone communication staff at this and the midtown locations.
