The team here has a heart of gold. Specifically Tyler, who helped me secure a check for my auto loan right at closing time. The team was incredibly patient with my needs, including coordination from Paula, the loan officer, and Tina, the other staff member. The team at the Roswell branch was able to recognize my urgency and need for help and were absolutely incredible! I stopped by this location to make a payment. While one of the employees was extremely kind in offering to help me do the transaction using the ATM to deposit cash and then transfer the funds, I would have preferred to just hand my cash to a teller for the payment. I declined the help and left to make the payment in a way that was more convenient for me. called twice to double check the ATM's would be open and working so I could go after work to get cash needed for a convention. Both people on the call said they would be working. I go over just to get cash, and neither Fast Cash or Withdrawal works. Thank you for wasted time I guess. ://
