I have been a member of GOCU for 20 years. My banking needs are well served. The Staff, especially at the Roswell branch, are excellent representatives!
I came into the branch a little bit frustrated with multiple problems and I left relieved and pleased. Tyler has been there for years and has always handled my requests and/or issues with kindness and professionalism and is always so helpful. Aiden, who I understand is new to the branch, was wonderful this morning. So polite and so helpful and we actually accomplished exactly what I needed while I was there. No notes. Great job guys!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My son and I had a wonderful experience with Edward Green, a loan processor who was filling in at the Roswell branch from the Douglasville location. We were co-signing on a car loan, and Edward walked us through every step with patience and clarity. He was efficient and well-organized, and his follow-up was outstanding. He made sure we understood everything and never felt rushed. His dedication and service go above and beyond. Thank you, Edward, and thank you, Georgia's Own, for having such a great team member!
