There are flooring issues. The quality is compromised.
I purchased in Georgia's Landing. Love it! Sales crew, builder and especially Reagan, the warranty manager are all incredible. If there are any issues, Reagan is on it until it's right!
This needs to be addressed Asap!! Cars and Trucks and 4 wheels from the trailer parks racing through the neighborhood is out of control!! People are using the neighborhood as a short cut to Fayetteville Rd!! Speeding construction vehicles as well out of control! MUNGO HOMES LISTEN TO ME ! Please add SPEED BUMPS ASAP !! AND ALSO MAKE THIS COMMUNITY GATED!! Before the trailer parks next this community run everyone away!! Do something now!!
