Spoke with Osiris and found him to be very helpful. Clear, focused, and timely. Would recommend again.
My rating is for Osiris Malu as he was really great in helping me with the emissions waiver. I forget the exact amount but if you've paid $1,040 USD or more on emissions-related expenses, you are eligible.
This place is horrible! You have to wait behind several people. They dont answer tge phone. They take several months to process the waiver. Employees ask you to send the same papers to them several times. Rude and horrible communication.
