Georgia's Best Roofer came by my home and let me know that they saw some damages while completing another home near me. I like the initiative they took to let me know. Roofing is not my expertise, so I really appreciated them going out of their way to inform me. I worked with Carlos Mejia through the process, and he made sure to inform me of everything I needed to know. He has a great working relationship with USAA and that process was flawless. We are very happy with our roof replacement from Georgia’s Best Roofer. Mario and Jorge made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We were impressed with the entire team; you could see the workers took great pride in what they do. Clean up was immaculate and our new roof looks amazing! Gus is very professional in providing and explaining work being performed. He is always reachable and assisted in providing photos for Insurance requirements. Georgia best roofing had to replace damage sheathing and had to repair 6 rafters that got damaged via a fallen tree onto the roof.. All workers performed as a team to strip the roof, remove broken/damage wood and replace/repaired and reroofed. Area was cleared and cleaned leaving no debris. Thanks for a job well done Dave G
They did a beautiful job. Customer service was phenomenal. They kept me informed throughout the entire process from obtaining the claims approval until the last shingle was secured.
