I had a fantastic experience at this Enterprise location! After the national phone line dropped the ball on me twice (sent me to a location in middle of my trip that had no cars available), I was in a tough spot with a rental car that had broken USB chargers and my phone battery down to just 3%. The team here really came through at the last minute. They quickly got me into a new car and had the whole exchange wrapped up in less than 5 minutes. Very kind and friendly employees. They were ready and willing to help. I had no issues with the rental, it ran great and easy on gas. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Rent A Car.

Emploees very nice. Did not have a 6 passenger vehicle that I needed. Had to take one of my vehicles. The car didn't even have a key fob. Had to use the key to unlock doors. I have always had good experiences with enterprise, this was not good. Even drove over 2 hours because they said they had a 6 passenger vehicle. Could have drove 10 minutes and got the same vehicle. Then, I had to return it to the same place. Not happy....
