great office to come to i come all the way from maple ridge to white rock to see Dr.Gupta she is very good at explaining everything and only does what is necessary and always gives options. Receptionist is great very friendly and knowledgeable one of the receptionist Elisa is very helpful always helps with geting approvals and makes sure everything is smooth for appointments and is very well versed in CDCP so she can always answer questions, i highly recommend visiting
Extremely disappointing dentist. Takes months to inform you of information they received through insurance even though I contacted them multiple times for updates. Convinces you to get extra work done above what you requested with the promise of helping dispute with the Canada Dental Plan if finishing the procedure is rejected, then doesn't inform you of the rejection until you request the information multiple times, and doesn't help dispute it.
