I've been many times and they are fast and efficient. The one thing that is truly frustrating is when you show up and they're closed due to a staff shortage. You can't call them to check if they're open, so it means going there only to discover that they're closed.
I am shocked that this place has so many negative reviews. I have played a lot of sports throughout my life and consequently have had to go for many x-rays at a lot of different places. This place is hands down the fastest, most efficient place I have ever been to! The technician, Megan, was very friendly and worked fast to get you on your way.... but you didn't feel rushed. So if you are concerned about the negative reviews, don't be. This is the place to go!
Couldn't even get them to answer the phone!
