Submitted online form in June. They never called.
Extremely disappointed with the tardiness of ultrasound being faxed to my Dr. Apparently, I’m not the first to complain about this. The results of this ultrasound were urgent. Horrible service.
This is my second time here and would not return ever again. Staff seem uncaring compared to other technicians at other radiology departments. Was asked to change an appointment on their behalf and for me to complete the prep and travel there , only to be told I was late. ( maybe 5 mins). Would not delay the appointment as I was not completely prepared for ultrasound and would not hold off for a short time as my original appointment time was now taken. Would not even give a one. Terrible services.. I had her smerk at what I was saying Very uncomfortable. Very stuck up staff. Would never recommend
