I wish I had done my research. I went here for my 13 week ultrasound because it was the only place with availability in/around Midland, Orillia and Barrie. It was my first ever dating scan (around 8–9 weeks), so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I arrived about 10 minutes early, checked in, and was called in shortly after. My husband came with me but was asked to wait outside, which was fine. The sonographer, Olga, confirmed my details and started the scan. Definitely not impressed by Georgian radiology in the Innisfil location. I wish I checked the reviews before going. The ultrasound person was not friendly at all (especially with how anxious and excited I was as it was my first time) and just showed me the picture of my baby for a few seconds then turned it back and was so dismissive. They charge you 11$ for the first prenatal appointment for a usb, which is a cash grab (because other places give it for free) and is not supportive for people who don't have a working laptop a... read more
New to area so had to find place to get xray. No appointment needed for xrays. Call for other services as they require appointments. Lovely building, clean, professional offices. Friendly staff. Accessible parking, elevators...
Worst obstetrics ultrasound I have ever had. This is my fifth pregnancy and not only did they not allow my husband in the room untill the last minute, they charge for a picture and they don't let you hear the heart beat. This ruined our first ultrasound meeting our baby. Such a special moment ruined by greed. I recommend parents go elsewhere for their ultrasound for a kinder more friendlier experience. Places like this don't realize how important this moment is to rob you of it. I rather drive an hour and go somewhere else.
