Very pretty lobby great for children
My experience has been really bad. The front staff ( receptionist ) made me feel really uncomfortable. It was really conveyed that we are not welcome. After making us wait for more than 30 mins, I was even called into the reception for the confirmation of my X-ray. I saw another person who got called in for X-ray who might have walked in after several minutes after we walked in. For what they told me, there are no appointments for X-ray. Staff is amazing in the Innisfill location. So helpful. Highly recommend going there.
The reception at this location are horribly rude. Obviously do not feel she needs to do any work while being paid. The technicians are friendly but refuse to ever go back when you have to be treated as an inconvenience. Plus the wait is ridiculous when you can get in anywhere else in a quarter of the time.
