Ms. Johanny Maysonet is our Manager. Fortunately she turned out to be the most reliable and hard worker Resident Manager I ever met from TRG and I have been renting from TRG since 10/2018. Her office door is never locked. She's firm, professional, caring and always on top of the community needs. Don't know how she does it but this community couldn't be kept going without a Senior Resident Manager as Ms. Maysonet. Last but not least our maintenance requests have always been fulfilled in a timely manner. Mayra
I moved back to this community in 11/2022 under the same Manager since opening but due to health isues she left. We all wondered who was going to be the new Community Office Manager until Ms. Johanny Maysonet took over as Manager. Very good place to live, safe and clean, with a very competent and helpful administrative team, she resolves everything promptly.
I've been here a little over 3 years, it's conveniently located, I personally feel safe in the area, and the new office manager has always been very helpful, and responsive when I've needed anything. Much better than the prior manager.
