I’m not Georgian, but I absolutely love Georgian cuisine. I ordered khinkali and adjaruli khachapuri with an egg—two dishes I can compare with those served at other restaurants. The khachapuri arrived very quickly, but the cheese was extremely salty. The egg on top was so undercooked that the egg white had not set at all and was still completely runny.
