We had about 20 windows installed by Georgian bay. For the most part we are satisfied but there are and were a lot of problems along the way. For the price paid and reviews. I expected more. Window trim was a disaster… I was refunded for this so good service on their part. Really shouldn’t be happening though… Installation was mediocre. If my partner wasn’t around, they would have totally slapped windows half a**ed into place. We spray foamed and sealed gaps properly before they installed the windows. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I definitely want to take the time to recognize this company's amazing work. I have a background in the trades, and I know good work when I see it. Their price was very reasonable, especially compared to other quotes. The team went above and beyond during the install. I had some really odd/older windows they had to take out and they trimmed it out way better than I could have. They also made the effort to keep the workspace clean, a mark of true professionals. We just had a storm door installed in time for the winter. John was professional, friendly and the door looks amazing. He even helped to fix a small problem with another door at no charge. We are very happy with his service.
