Jamie at Georgian Bay Trailers has proven to go above and beyond on multiple occasions. After the initial sale of our Argo a couple years ago I didn’t expect to have much communication with the sales staff. I needed help with a trailer hitch and Georgian Bay Trailers and Jamie came through! Competition said it couldn't be fixed. UHaul wasn't helpful. Jamie had it fixed in minutes, a new part installed, and a very fair price. Save yourself the time of going somewhere else and just go to Georgian Bay Trailers!
Here is my story: Had a 1-7/8" hitch ball that needed to be removed. Due to 10+ years of rust build up, the ball was fused right on to the hitch arm. I went to Hitch City first and after 5 minutes of looking at it said they would not be able to remove it - not possible they said. My next stop was Georgian Bay trailers. Jaime got it removed in under 30 minutes and installed a new 2" inch ball without breaking a sweat. Hitch City should be ashamed. Georgian Bay Trailers is the place to go. Highly recommend!
