I absolutely love Jen. Anytime we need anything they are right there to help I don’t even have an articat I have a Yamaha but they are always there to help us. Even when ordering items it never takes very long. We did a buy a trailer which we absolutely love it was so simple & easy.
I called several Arctic Cat dealers asking if they had any clutch fly weights for the Adapt drivetrain and all were very quick to say no, offering no further services. I called Parry Sound Trailer and spoke with Jennifer who was thorough in her search and had me repeat the specifics before confirming availability; the parts were available from cat with a two day delivery window. Very pleased with the service and will make them my one-stop-shop moving forward.
