Where to begin! From seeing the triage nurse to Matt the first medic I saw - then there was Christine - Stephanie - Dr’s McNarmara, Churchill and Bhandari and finally Simon they were all professional - caring and on point every hour I spent in their care. I had CT scan and two different Xray teams and they were so kind, pleasant and caring. Everyone I met provided exceptional care - and is definitely in the right career. Thank You each and everyone for being AMAZING.

I didn't catch her name and I'm regretting not asking. The nurse who helped me in the ER today was so respectful, empathetic, and kind. I wish I knew her name because she deserves SO much appreciation!

I've had many health issues over the past few years and Ive never had a bad experience! From start to finish, every person has been wonderful

Cane by ambulance due to bleeding, shortness of breath. I advised them I was getting over phenomena and stoup throat. No one seems to be worried except for me. I am still sitting here in an empty waiting room. Not one person had been called in. Only 2 of us waiting. Am I crazy here?

My father went here a couple days ago and the way he was treated by one of the nursing staff was absolutely unacceptable. This poor man couldn’t move and just wanted to know what was going on and help while he was waiting and he was met with hostile behaviour towards him and was just straight up rude. The eye rolling and tone of voice was completely unnecessary as knowing my father he is nothing but one of the sweetest men you’ll ever meet even in the tremendous amount of pain he was in.
