I came in with my eight years old. They took her right away. I was in and out one in 1.5 hours.
I have never been more disgusted. I went to emerg. with a piece of glass in my elbow. Very little human contact. Dr. told me she was unqualified to remove the glass!! They want me to go to Barrie to have a surgeon do it. I live off an extremely small pension. I don't own a car. How am I supposed to get there? Why can an "emergency " room not have a qualified Dr. on duty? What if I was bleeding to death? Totally disgusted. I wouldn't send a cat there.
This hospital is absolutely disgusting, my family member was in there dying of cancer and waiting to get into hospice ,during her stay she was put in a room and was totally ignored unless we went to get a nurse for help ! Her room.was dirty and the nurses left dirty diapers laying on the floor as well as bandages with blood on them left lying all over the room ,they never once went in to check on her unless asked to ! had to go to ER on New Year’s Day, which we expected to be a nightmare. Although the wait time was long, it was in-line with any other nearby hospital. Staff were incredibly diligent and kind, despite how much stress was clearly on their ER at the time. I am so grateful to everyone there, the quality of care is truly outstanding!
Absolutely the worst hospital ever!! Nobody in the waiting area and i have 3.5 hours waiting to see a doctor can u believe that?? I came at 11pm and right now writting this is 2:30 am and still they told me 1 more hour wait time!! Unbelivable!!
