Good luck getting ahold of anyone at the front desk, the literal 17 year old girls that work there are most likely too busy making TikToks to answer a phone call. Called me day of my appointment and left no voicemail and I tried to call them back 5 times before driving 30 mins to my appointment to be told they have to reschedule me.
Hidden gem in Collingwood. You do have to wait a bit because it is walk-in, but they try their best to get you seen quickly and doctors I’ve seen when I have come have been great.

The ladies who work here are incompetent at best, pawned me off to the wrong people multiple times, I've been trying since July to get help , then they said they would no longer work with me after I swore at them, it's a weak resource, don't waste your time, they cause more harm than help you
