We live in Florida. Our builder decided to use these windows and within 8 years we had cloudy looking windows with broken seals. I would never recommend this company for windows. We found out that "lifetime warranty" only meant 10 years. That's the window lifetime, not our lifetime. We just signed a deal with Anderson window co company the way this clifetime warranty which is actually 10 years
There was a very rude fella that exited the side door to tell me I couldn't park in their massive parking lot. I was simply jumping over to another suite. Keep in mind there are literally thousands of open parking spaces everywhere, I just entered the wrong driveway. This was some sort of weird power move on his part. He firmly exclaimed "state your business" and then told me "move your truck" in the most rude and pissy manner possible. He didn't say "I'm sorry sir, you are going to have to move your vehicle.
