I really don't understand why the negative reviews are here. Martin is very straightforward telling you how it is. If you make changes on a job of course, (OF COURSE) that's going to cost more money, how do people not understand that, because of the extra material and the extra labor that's involved in making those changes. If you order a cabinet and decide to change it to a different cabinet later, the cabinet company, that's making the cabinet. is not going to give anybody a refund they're going to toss that cabinet and th... read more
One star (I would leave zero if possible) due to Martin's lack of honesty in pricing. Do not trust his "estimates" because he will go out of his way to find extra charges. Anything nice that he did in my kitchen is lost to the fact that he outright lied to us about how much the job would cost. If you are looking for someone to restore your faith in general contractors, look elsewhere. Is all he wants is to over-charge you on the back end.
This is a great kitchen and bath store! I was provided with great service never had an issue with the delivery timing and install. They did a great job with the service for our project. We bought Kraft made cabinets and they were priced great no issues and the one cabinet that was damaged was replaced at no cost to me and arrived the day of install starting. We love the service GWKB and will use them in the future for any project we might have since Martin is great at what he does and has great effort to make us happy.
