Dr. Ortiz, along with the entire staff at the Bremen office, managed to demonstrate knowledge, professionalism, and politeness at the highest levels I've seen in YEARS! I was actually ENJOYING a visit to a Dr.'s office! It was like I was visiting a bunch of old friends! I'm not that's ever happened to me before.... seriously!
