Horrible! Crooks! Liars! On 10/14 I arrived for my appt. Several days prior I called to confirm they handle “HZO” in the eye. Two different techs assured me they did. After my examination they then admitted they couldn’t even prescribe the proper medication. Told me to go to urgent care. After I explained they had already said they could handle it- they finally found an out of state doctor to prescribe what was needed. Dr. Ortiz was so friendly, understanding, thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns.
I really like the staff and doctors at Georgia Vision. I have seen Dr Ortiz at both the Carrollton and Bremen locations. He is great to work with and the staff at both locations are wonderful.
