Wow! is all I can say. Dr. Snow, Michelle (RVT), and Ainsley gave so much focus and the most thorough evaluation that I have ever experienced. My 8 year old dog breezed through his dental cleaning with extraction because of the superior medical care Dr. Snow and her staff provided. He shows no signs of discomfort and is totally comfortable and himself post anesthesia. Amazing! Dr. Snow is so personable! I canceled my appointment due to their pricing is so out of range. And I got told without them knowing who I was with a master's and a doctorate about why her schooling enabled her to only have to work 3 days a week and for a CT scan for $2,000 was absolutely ridiculous for a 16 lb dog with $175 consultation fee and no other physical just the referral. Normal people can't pay that let alone telling people their education warranted $175 consultation fee a $2,000 CT scan and x-rays And no of course treatment plan cuz you can't... read more

What an amazing experience for such a stressful situation. From the communication, to the arrival room -top notch. My 13 year old lab mix fell suddenly very ill and was unable to open his mouth and had significant facial swelling. Saw my general vet who didn’t know what was wrong, then went to emergency vet at blue pearl who put him under sedation and still couldn’t tell me what was wrong. Words cannot express how grateful I am to the staff and Dr. Snow!!!!! From the first phone call after being referred all the way to our second post surgical follow up they have gone above and beyond helpful, communicative and supportive through the whole process. My dog was misdiagnosed and mistreated by a local vet and after a year and a half of going through the wringer and his health declining drastically we switched vets and were immediately referred .
