Can't say enough good stuff about this place. I am thankful to have such a great doctor and team taking care of my four legged fur baby.
I scheduled an appointment with this clinic three weeks in advance. They gave me a specific date and time, and I confirmed everything beforehand. After driving an hour with my cat to get there, they casually told me there had been a “miscommunication” and that they would have to reschedule me for another day. There was no real apology, no sense of urgency, and no concern for the fact that my cat needed medical care or that I had spent hours planning and traveling for this appointment. If your pet’s life matters to you, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. The staff were cold, unfriendly, and showed very little compassion. The clinic is in a remote location, and the overall service was extremely poor. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a veterinary clinic.
It's closed, it's a waste of time to come and that no one can attend to you, they don't answer by phone either!
Fantastic experience! GVDOS facility is clean, inviting and state of the art. Dr. Snow was wonderful and me feel very comfortable about leaving my pup for jaw surgery. She sent me photos during the day of my pup hanging out with the staff, which I really appreciated. Kelly up front was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite.
