I watched that wicked front desk receptionist from a distance purposely turn around and ignore a poor old elderly patient who was outside and saw her legs were severely weak. She left the poor lady standing outside about five minutes while her caregiver stepped away. The caregiver might not of saw but sure i did! I watched the front desk receptionist purposely turn around (behind locked doors without speaking) on an elderly lady who was waiting outside and legs were severely weak. And she talks to the ill patients like they’re nobody. God bless her toxic little heart who severely lacks empathy! (The light skinned AA lady with glasses). I’ll be switching locations for my future appointments after witnessing that!
Dr. Winter, Vicky, Victoria and Jasmine as well as the front office staff are all friendly, caring and professional. They’ve been helping me heal from a surgical wound for a couple of months now and I have never waited for more than 10-15 minutes to be seen even when I'm early - which I often am. They listen to my concerns and give excellent advice and everybody is friendly and genuinely nice. I've been going here weekly and actually look forward to my appointments as I continue to heal. Highly recommended.
Dr Lagergreen is a fantastic surgeon! She's operated on me twice and both times I was happy with the results!
