From the doctors being inconsiderate to billing mistakes, this doctor's office is the worst. The doctor's assistant gave me incorrect information as prep to my first procedure. At my final appointment, because I was not informed that no anesthesia would be used and I felt more like a piece of meat than ever before. He ripped the stent out and just left if between my legs. I haven't made up my mind yet. It's almost like some of the people there don't know what they're doing. I've never been to a doctor where the assistant does not check your body temperature or blood pressure.
*******Updated 7/13/2026********* After posting the initial review a Georgia Urology representative called me on 7/07/2026. She stated that she was the surgery scheduler, probably the same one that cancelled the surgery last minute. Due to her previously cancelling the surgery, I asked her could I just stay at the hospital overnight. I told her as a 100% disabled veteran, the VA will cover the stay. Not professional, they don't care! I had a major surgery scheduled for last week. As I was enroute to have surgery with Dr Ronald Anglade, GA urologist, I received a call stating that if I did not have anyone to stay with me overnight, they would cancel my appointment. Mind you, I had an appointment the week before and I specifically asked was I staying overnight and I was told that they did not know because Dr. Anglade was on vacation and that they would not be able to get in touch with him to ask. This is an update to my original review. The original issues I had with communication with this practice seem to have been resolved.The one hour phone waits seem to be fixed. I think they're working to resolve their issues.
