My experience at Georgia Urology was nothing less than perfect! I was seen immediately. My FNP Ms.McGriff was thorough and so very helpful. She really knows her stuff. Dr. Shapiro is straightforward and extremely knowledgeable. He was reassuring and let us know step by step what was going to happen before and after my procedure. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the care and treatment you provided. Thank you both!
The absolute WORST experience that i have ever had with a “doctors” office. The ENTIRE staff was extremely rude and unprofessional in person AND on the phone. I just about walked out of my appt because of the nurse and boy i wish i did. I was prescribed the wrong medication twice and wasted over $500 on it, theyre impossible to get through to on the phone and dont respond to messages on the portal. They WAY overcharged me with random shit on my bill and wont help me get insurance to pay it. Youre better off googling symptoms... read more
I’ve never felt so much like just a “number” before. I made an appointment, took the time to discuss several concerns, and then, three days later, was contacted and told that they didn’t see any issues and that I should come back in a month. That experience was extremely disappointing and left me feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I won’t be back.
